The only thing that I liked about this

Hotel was the location, excellent for accessing various attractions. The overall experience was quite disappointing due to the lack of maintenance in the room and amenities. I expected better from this brand.

The place was fairly clean with a friendly and wonderful staff. The location couldn't be more marvellous in the middle of the city. Besides, we were near to pattaya. The place had a special atmosphere.

The location was perfect, and it was a brand i knew from before. The staff was really friendly and always helpful. My room was nice and spacious, and they kept the fridge stocked with free water. Definitely gonna stay here again next time!

the mattress was a bit hard for my liking and i wish the a/c worked better for the room size.
